Team Queen wins the annual Jim Ledbetter Memorial Cancer Tournament on Norman

140 Teams turned out Saturday for what was another very successful tournament in honor of Jim Ledbetter. Lake Norman is fishing as well as it every has as the number of quality limits weighed in was really incredible. After finishing 2nd in 2014, the fatehr-son team of Jeff and KJ Queen brought a whopping 21.50 Lbs to the scales with one of the largest BF we’ve ever seen on Norman-8.72 Lbs!!! They had another 5 lb’er plus 3 solid spots to round out their limit. 2nd place team of Jason Wilson and Kelly Logan had a great day as well with 19.64, which would normally win on Normman, but not this day. For their big win, Team Queen went home with a brand new RANGER Z118 powered by an Evinrude 150 E-TEC, supplied by Denver Marine in Denver, NC. Skys were overcast most of the day with light rain until weigh-in and then it cleared up and was blue bird skys overlooking Norman late in the day. Congrats to the Queens on their big win and to all the anglers that came out and supported a truely great cause. Here is your top 10 (Full results at bottom) with pictures below:
